The Okaseni Lodge is a Standard Accommodation and proud of no discrimination as we serve all our guest equally being volunteers, Researchers, Tourist, Trainers on Business Meeting and Conferences, Students from High Schools / Collegians & University students whilst on study tour..etc. We also welcome Clients visiting Northern Circuit of Tanzania from all over the World intending to Explore Touristic attraction i.e. Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Arusha National Parks, Moreover Mt Kilimanjaro / Mt Meru Trekking, Waterfalls without forgetting the Cultural sites like Maasai, Hadzabe and Datoga Villages, Snake Park Zoo and many more cultural experience. We provide free Wi-Fi internet connection as well as Restaurant and Bar, Conference which can accommodate between 80-100 guests and short Tours
The Okaseni Lodge is strategically located in the quite suburb of Ngaramtoni in Arusha, situated almost 8km away from Arusha town and approximate 200meter from main high way of Arusha – Namanga

Child Policies
Child Sharing with adult Free for Children sharing with parents under the age of 6 years.
Children aged between 6yrs and 12yrs sharing room with parent(s) will be charged half the rate.
Children above the age of 12 years will be charged a full rate.
Child Only Children under the age of 16years without care of parent or guardian will not be accepted at the hotel unless otherwise
Payment Terms
In case of any valuable goods must be declared to the office to be stored in the safe
Front Office Desk is open from 0600-2300, otherwise on pre-plan.

Cancellation Policy
Should be received at The Okaseni Lodge in Writing
• Cancellation made 30days prior to arrival, 0% Penalty
• Cancellation made 29-16 days prior to arrival, 25% Penalty
• Cancellation made 15-4days prior to arrival, 50% Penalty
• Cancellation made 3 -1days prior to arrival or No show 100% Penalty
